I spent nearly 12 years in a job that didn’t fulfill me.  Don’t get me wrong, I learnt a lot in that job, gained invaluable skills and met some great people.  I wasn’t miserable. But, as I sit here now, writing this, an example of someone who has found their passion and made a career change, I know it was just a job and I didn’t flourish in it.    If I had found my passion sooner, it would have made a difference to how I felt about my career and what I am able to achieve in my working life.  But, there is no going back, only forward.
If you are like I was, sitting in a job that holds you back from what you would love to do, I want to inspire you to do as I did and find your passion.  I want to help you move forward too. But I am not going to do that by simply telling you, you can; although believing that you can, is a big part of it.  I am going to help you plan your way forward with a series of weekly challenges.  These challenges are more like an Action Plan and they are designed to help you, identify your passion and make a career change a reality.

Are you ready?

To join us all you need to do is sign up for our weekly emails. Each email will outline an action you need to take during the next week. There are 5 action steps in total. At the end of the 6 weeks you will have identified your passion and have an action plan for pursuing it as your new career.  This is not a quick fix by any means.  We don’t promise you a new career at the end of the challenge. But this plan is going to help you take positive steps forward towards it, so you can ‘do what you love’.
You are able to start at any time by subscribing to the challenge here.

Preparation

Each action step is very manageable. We have broken them down over 5 lessons to ensure you can do this and once you have the plan, it is yours to keep so you can come back to it at any time you need to. But if you want our help motivating you along the way, make sure you allow some time in your weekly schedule for the challenge; 1-2 hours a week is good, 2-3 is even better.  We have also started a ‘Do What You Love’ Facebook group which is ongoing and aimed at anyone who is looking for a supportive community of people who are passionate about ‘doing what they love’.  You will receive details of how to join when you subscribe to the challenge.
