Welcome to the Wedding Academy Student App. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Introduction

The Wedding Academy Student App (hereafter referred to as “the App”) is operated by The Wedding Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”). It houses courses, student groups, an affiliate program, and billing functionalities.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Services Provided

The App includes the following features:

  1. Courses – Access to online courses, resources, and certifications.
  2. Student Groups – Community interaction through forums and groups.
  3. Affiliate Program – Tools and resources for affiliates to earn commissions.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not share your account or grant access to others.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Content Use

  • Content provided in the courses is for personal use only. Redistribution, copying, or sharing is prohibited.
  • Materials, including templates, videos, and PDFs, remain the property of The Wedding Academy.

6. Community Guidelines

When participating in student groups:

  • Be respectful and professional in all interactions.
  • Do not post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • We reserve the right to remove posts or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Affiliate Program

  • Affiliates must adhere to our separate Affiliate Terms (available upon enrollment in the program).
  • Any misuse of affiliate links, including spamming or misleading promotions, may result in termination of affiliate privileges.

8. Billing and Payments

  • Payment plans are available as described in the course details.
  • Payments must be made on time to maintain access to the App. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds for courses or subscriptions are governed by the refund terms specified at the time of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

10. Data Privacy

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your actions.
  • Loss of business opportunities or other indirect damages.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and USA.
