I am thrilled to be bringing you this interview. I met Matthew in Barcelona a few weeks ago where we were both speakers at a conference and I have to say I have a bit of a crush. He is one of those people that just makes you smile with a vibrant personality that is simply infectious. I can see why his clients love him and he has so many great pearls of wisdom to share, that it would have been rude not to include him as part of our trendsetter interviews.
