One of the things I love about my role as Academy CEO is meeting and spending time with our students. Last year I invited some of our UK based students to take part in a studio day where we were filming the official Wedding Trend Report Video.
This was fantastic work experience for all those that attended as they also got to assist and learn from the fabulous Pamella Dunn of Pamella Dunn Events as she created the styled set for the studio.
As part of the experience we offered the students the opportunity to conduct a formal style interview with me ono film. It was nervewracking for all of them and they did a fantastic job. It was a great confidence builder for all of them as they realised just what they were capable of.
Today it gives me great pleasure to share with you an interview with one of our UK students, Lindsey Watson, who is studying our Diploma in Venue Coordination.
