Just in case you missed all of our 10-year anniversary celebrations so far (I doubt it), we want to share the party with you in the form of a fun new Instagram competition! Here at the Academy, we love to set you regular challenges that encourage you to unleash your creativity and get you brainstorming exciting ideas. So what better way to celebrate a decade of educating and training for the wedding and events industry, than with this “10 Things I Love About Weddings” Insta challenge!
During the last 10 years we have been in business the wedding industry has grown and evolved into the exciting place it is today. As the prominent global institution offering expert training in this field, we have seen this evolution create new opportunities for those looking for a career in weddings. And in 2017 the trending role for the industry is that of the Wedding Stylist. A career in wedding styling appeals to creative, detail oriented types who have a great design eye and a talent for grouping colours and textures. A wedding stylist is a person who brings the design elements together, perfectly translating a couples theme or vision into the aesthetic experience of the day itself. Today we are very excited to announce that in conjunction with our 10 year anniversary we are launching a brand new styling specific course; The Certificate in Wedding Styling. So what does this have to do with our latest challenge? Well, we will be awarding the lucky winner of this competition enrolment on the Certificate in Wedding Styling when it goes live in September, completely free of charge!
