Our Certificate in Intimate, Micro & Destination Weddings course is meticulously designed to empower individuals with the expertise and skills essential for success in these unique wedding segments.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced professional to take on the role of Head of Intimate, Micro & Destination Weddings. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the content, updates, and support for our Certificate in Intimate, Micro & Destination Weddings course (Destinations Stream), ensuring its excellence, and fostering the growth of our students in the realm of intimate, micro, and destination wedding planning.

Responsibilities:

Content Ownership:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of high-quality and up-to-date course content.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to ensure the curriculum reflects the latest trends and practices in intimate, micro, and destination wedding planning.
  • Uphold the artistic and creative integrity of the course materials.
  • Contribute annually to the International Wedding Trend report with a submission for your category.

Mentorship and Coaching:

  • Conduct free one-off 30-minute mentor sessions for participants enrolled in the course.
  • Offer personalized paid coaching opportunities for those seeking additional guidance and support in intimate, micro, and destination wedding planning.
  • Share insights and tips based on extensive experience in these specialized wedding segments.

Commission-Based Enrollment:

  • Actively promote the Certificate in Intimate, Micro & Destination Weddings course.
  • Earn a generous 20% commission on new signups attributed to your efforts.

Engagement:

  • Attend a monthly team meeting with The Wedding Academy via Zoom.
  • Communicate via Slack/WhatsApp as required
  • Participate in monthly video training sessions or Q&A sessions.
  • Showcase your expertise and engage with the Wedding Academy Global Student Community on dedicated platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of the online learning community for intimate, micro, and destination wedding planning.
  • Create and manage at least 6 contests related to your category each year to encourage student engagement.

Assignment Evaluation and Certification:

  • Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on assignments submitted by course participants.
  • Issue Certificates and Badges to successful graduates in intimate, micro, and destination wedding planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in planning intimate, micro, and destination weddings with a successful portfolio.
  • Exceptional creativity and adaptability to diverse wedding styles and settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and demonstrating wedding planning concepts in video sessions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Compensation:

  • Hourly casual base wage with set hours per month (Invoiced & time tracked).
  • 20% commission on new course signups.
  • Additional bonuses for outstanding performance.
  • 50% off all Wedding Academy Courses and Store.
