We are excited to announce the impending launch of The Wedding Business Magazine, a global digital magazine for wedding professionals produced by the Academy of Wedding and Event Planning, the leading international education company for wedding planners, stylists and designers. (Read more about how you can be published in the very first edition of the magazine).

Here at the Academy of Wedding and Event Planning we are always looking for ways to help our industry to thrive and be successful in business. With campuses in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, US, Dubai and the Caribbean, we are well placed to do this. The wedding industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world with an easy entry route due to very little regulation and a low initial capital investment. This means it is also a very competitive marketplace, so staying inspired, motivated and educated is essential.

In 2016 the Academy will be focusing not only on what it does best, training new and novice wedding planners and designers, but also on continued education for those looking to take their business to the next level in all areas of the wedding industry. The Wedding Business Magazine is a free, bi-monthly publication that will cover the following key areas in each issue; marketing, business, career, sales, SEO and expert interviews.

Our Contributors are all experts in their field and will be providing invaluable insight and advice in their columns. Each issue will have a focus and loose theme that will influence some of the feature articles. Our launch issue will be looking at trends and how to use them both within business and the design of events.

Our Q&A section is a chance for you to get your questions answered by our team of experts and you can submit questions on any of our Academy Facebook Pages (UK, Australia, New Zealand, US, Dubai and Caribbean). The Showcase offers you the opportunity to submit your work for feature and the ‘In Her Shoes’ section will inspire you to make things happen in your business. Add to this the tips scattered throughout the magazine and information about workshops, events and conferences happening around the world the value speaks for itself.

To celebrate the launch of our first issue, publishing on January 26th 2016, we are giving away an E Book called Building a Successful Wedding Brand, but hurry as this is a limited offer. We are also busy working away on the International Wedding Trend Report 2016, which has become the industry standard for wedding professionals to use as their trend bible with their clients in the forthcoming season.
