Here at the Academy we often talk about the importance of hard work, striving for your goals and managing your time. But it is equally important to take much needed breaks and take time out from work or study to relax and recuperate. It is important to strike some form of work-life balance that works for you to keep your mind, body and soul healthy, thus making the work you do do more focussed and productive. So today we want you to look at your schedule and ensure you take time to chill; whether it is starting the day with an invigorating workout, ending it with some meditation or just taking out 20 minutes to walk the dog. You will find that when you sit down at your desk you will be more refreshed and motivated to get working.
