The key to making the most of your couples flowers is to repurpose the designs throughout their wedding.
This means that flowers from the ceremony can be moved into the wedding breakfast or other areas around the venue. One excellent example of this and one of my most popular designs are floor arrangements.
Floor arrangements can sit in front of the registrar table and at the end of every or every other row, they are the perfect arrangement to frame the aisle, and after the ceremony they can be moved to in-front of the top table to create a floor meadow. They really do provide the wow factor and stand out as the guests enter the room.
Addition arrangements can also sit on the bar, cake, or gift table.
If the arrangements are too tall to sit on tables etc, then the taller flowers can be removed from the design and placed into bud vases around the venue.
These designs can be created within plastic trays, meaning that at the end of the day, the guests can take the flowers home as they are so they can be enjoyed for longer than just the wedding day.
Dont forget, if you are staying on site to assist with the moving and repurposing of the flowers, you must remember to charge those extra hours within the labour added to your clients invoice.
