This Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for students enrolling in the 6-month or 10-month payment plans at The Wedding Academy. By enrolling in a payment plan, you (“the Student”) agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Plan Overview
The Student has chosen a payment plan to cover the cost of their chosen Wedding Academy Certificate Course:
- 6-month payment plan OR
- 10-month payment plan
Under this plan, payments will be made in equal installments, either on a monthly or agreed-upon schedule, until the total course fee is paid in full. All payments must be made on time to ensure continued access to Academy resources.
2. Timely Payment
- Payments are due on the same day each month for the duration of the payment plan (either 6 or 10 months).
- Late Payments: If a payment is not made on or before the due date, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be applied to your account balance for each month the payment is overdue.
3. Default and Debt Collection
- If the Student misses three (3) consecutive payments, the account will be referred to debt collectors.
- Once referred, the Student will be required to settle the full remaining balance of the course within seven (7) days.
4. Access to Materials and Community
As part of this Agreement, the Student has been granted full access to all course materials, resources, and the Wedding Academy community. This access is a key part of the value provided by The Wedding Academy, and we expect responsible use of this opportunity.
5. Honorable Efforts and Flexibility
The Wedding Academy has made payment plans available to offer flexibility, recognizing the significant value of the materials, training, and community provided. We expect students to approach these payment plans with good faith and honorable efforts to meet their obligations as part of this educational commitment.
6. Communication
Should you encounter any financial difficulties or unforeseen circumstances, please contact The Wedding Academy before missing a payment. We are committed to working with students who communicate their needs proactively and respectfully.
7. Termination of Access
Failure to make timely payments, combined with unresolved default, may result in the suspension or termination of access to the course materials, resources, and the Wedding Academy community.
