Last week we looked at how you create a concept for your Styled Shoot and producing a Look Book and Storyboard to really make sense of your concept. This week we’re moving on to the marketing of your shoot. Before you can approach potential suppliers and vendors to collaborate with you on your shoot you need to know who your photos are for? Where are you intending to send them for possible publication? Which blogs are you targeting? All these things are necessary both for securing the right dream team and also to make sure that the images you end up with are going to be relevant to your chosen publications.
In the video below I share some pearls of wisdom on how to make your shoot stand out above the rest and ensure you get some good PR and coverage for all your hard work. Don’t forget we are releasing our mini E Course on Styled Shoots at the end of this month where we walk you through each and every step to ensure you have a successful shoot.
