A big part of what we do here at the International Academy of Wedding and Event Planning is to teach others through E Learning. By doing this we are able to offer our educational programs to people from all around the world. Sometimes though there is no substitute for getting out and meeting people face to face, the old fashioned way. We do this as often as we can and through the exposure our Academy TV videos hosted on our YouTube Channel give us we often get invited to attend some fantastic industry events.
This time around we are headed to Jamaica where our CEO, Kylie Carlson, will be speaking at the conference for the Jamaica Bridal Expo. She will keep you up to date with live broadcasts on our Facebook Page and pictures on Instagram. As well as being a beautiful setting it is also the home to the latest region of Academy campuses. as we are now excited to announce that our courses are now available in the Caribbean region. We have a dedicated course consultant, Jo-Anne Paxton of Wedding Belles Jamaica, who is an industry expert and runs her own successful wedding business in Jamaica. She will be on hand to talk to perspective students about their career and give advice and tips on the industry. She is also available to visit those venues looking to get their staff trained and certified.
