I am really excited to announce our judges for the Pantone Mood Board Design Competition that we are currently running through the International Academy of Wedding and Event Planning. The lovely ladies at Aisle Planner will have the unenviable task of picking a winning board for each pantone colour featured in the Spring/Summer 2017 Colour Report. Entries close on Friday 14th of October and we will be picking three finalists for each colour and then from there we hand over to our Aisle Planner colleagues. The winners of each colour will be featured on the hugely popular blog hosted on the Aisle Planner site, as well as being featured in the International Wedding Trend Report for 2017 launching in December.
If you haven’t used Aisle Planner before you are missing out. There are so many great tools and features within it that make a wedding planner’s life much easier. There are regular upgrades that keep it current and interesting with their latest being a fantastic publishing platform. Our students are lucky enough to get a three month student license of the Aisle Planner software that they use in their course materials. Aisle Planner is Pretty. Powerful. A comprehensive suite of tools to streamline your workflow and inspire creativity.
We have had some absolutely stunning entries and still a week to go before entries close, so there is still time if you haven’t yet entered yet. PS If you were wondering how Pantone go about choosing their colours and where their inspiration is derived from we had a great interview with Leatrice Eiseman the Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute in our March 2016 issue of the Wedding Business Magazine.
