On my recent trip to Australia one of the best parts for me was getting to meet some of our students from both Sydney and Melbourne. The first student I met was Jennifer Nguyen who is a student with our Australian Academy of Wedding and Event Planning.
Jennifer is studying the Advanced Diploma in Special Event Planning and Design, the course that combines all three learning streams of wedding planning, event planning and event design.
Not only is Jennifer a student but she is also working full time whilst studying and looking to fulfil her dream of working within the events industry. When I chatted to Jennifer she was looking for help with her descriptive writing and we talked about different ways she could do this, but what really struck me was her determination to succeed and make it work.
Below in this interview Jennifer tells us why she chose this course, what she wants to do once she has graduated and how she stays motivated.
