The Wedding CEO Retreat

The Wedding CEO Retreat is here!

When I started my business as a wedding planner and designer, too many years ago to mention, I used to attend every educational experience I could find.

At the time, most of these were in the US so it meant quite a big investment from me both in terms of time and money.

But I was like a sponge soaking up as much knowledge as I could.

I met some amazing people, made new connections and often found business opportunities at these events.

But there was always something missing… These conferences were large scale events with no intimacy. I sat in big lecture halls and listened to people speak from large stages.

I was one of many. There were zero opportunities to chat to any of the speakers one-on-one or talk about my own specific challenges in my business.

But probably the thing I found the hardest was the lack of implementation at the end of it all. There was no accountability to implement what I’d learnt.

That’s why after 12 years of being an educator in the wedding industry I’ve created the Wedding CEO Retreat.

It’s official. The date is set so consider yourself invited.

I’m offering 22 amazing wedding CEOs to join me in France to enjoy four days in an intimate environment where they get to work on their business rather than in their business.

The Wedding CEO Retreat 2020

You’ll have the opportunity to really discover your business DNA, breakdown the barriers you’ve put around yourself and your wedding business and give yourself a massive confidence boost.

This is education reimagined.

My goal as the hostess of this retreat is to give you THE MOST AMAZING experience possible.

One where the knowledge you gain is relevant, real and actionable.

This is your time where you get to talk about your business challenges, have those 1:1 conversations, and really feel like you’re being heard.

They’ll be no waiting in line to talk to your retreat mentors or waving your hand wildly and standing up in front of a huge crowd to ask your question, microphone in hand.

The REAL magic happens in the conversations that are had.

In the tête-à-têtes around the pool…

The chats by the fire in your PJs sat in the cognac lounge…

Or the daily mastermind sessions where we dig deep into the psyche of your business…

But the first step is giving yourself permission to make the investment…both in time and money.

I get it, I really do. I’ve been there remember. Making this type of investment is not an easy decision to make. You ask yourself questions such as…

  • How will I afford it?
  • Do I have the time?
  • Am I established enough to do this?
  • Am I ready for something like this?

Trust me I used to say the same thing myself every time I booked yet another flight to LA to attend one of those huge conferences.

Well only you can answer those questions, but the biggest question I always asked myself was could I afford not to attend?

I know many of you struggle with the sheer overwhelm of what to do next in your business.

How to get more clients and fill those diaries.

How to put your prices up and start earning a living from your wedding business.

All of these thoughts are completely natural and normal. But they can also be dealt with.

There’s something very powerful when a group of like-minded creatives gather together.

You come away with clarity, purpose and direction, but most importantly you come away with a tribe of people behind you to help you every step of the way.

They become your cheer squad, you shoulder to cry on and you partners in crime.

As part of the Wedding CEO Retreat I’m including a 3 month mastermind to help you continue to implement what you’ve learnt and to hold you accountable.
